About
This film is a comedy horror that was created for a Halloween house party that we were hosting. The idea behind Chavular was playing upon heightened fear of chavs and the feral youth of today.
A series of women have been murdered violently and their flesh and organs eaten. The police are investigating but are struggling to find any worthwhile clues that could aid their pursuit of the mysterious killer. Soon however the hunters become the hunted, and the small team of officers dealing with the case find that if they don’t stop the killer soon, then they’ll be his next victims.
This film contains mild gore and swearing.
NOTE: The killer’s reveal in the end was actually a major modification from the real end. Initially this film was created for a group of friends at a house party. The killers’ identity was one of our friends and referenced an in-joke. But for a wider audience, a change was made which attempts to remove the in-joke and have the killers’ identity make more sense.
